For The Journey or The Gathering, we recommend at least three to six months ahead — especially for peak seasons, remote destinations, or properties with limited availability. For The Stay, we can often move much faster. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out as soon as possible.

After our consultation call and fee confirmation, a first draft typically takes one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the journey. Multi-destination and group itineraries take longer. We will always give you a clear timeline before we begin.
